**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry associations.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Conduct compelling presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and address client needs effectively.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions to meet client objectives.
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to stay informed about product updates, enhancements, and market trends.
- Provide valuable feedback from clients to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in software sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Understanding of software development and technology trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
