Administrator ' Coo Office

**Job Purpose**:
The Administrator role exists to provide comprehensive and efficient administrative, scheduling, and documentation support to the COO Office, ensuring smooth operations and enabling the Chief Operating Officer to focus on strategic leadership.
**Key Result Areas**:
1.Maintain a streamlined and professional office environment to ensure smooth workflow and a positive first impression by stakeholders and customers.
2.Perform core clerical duties to support efficient office operations, including typing, scanning, photocopying, maintaining filing systems, and facilitating document distribution.
3.Assist Executive Secretary to manage the COO's schedule and travel arrangements to minimize conflicts and ensure timely execution.
4.Maintain efficient document management and communication to deliver accurate and timely information within the COO Office.
5.Monitor and maintain office supplies, printed materials, physical or digital documents and other equipment to ensure availability and smooth functionality of COO office.
6.Greet visitors and manage phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, directing inquiries appropriately.
7.Support data-driven decision making for the COO by assisting with gathering and analysing information for reports from various stakeholders.
8. Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information handled within the COO Office by adhering to data security protocols and demonstrating professional conduct.
**Education Qualification**:
a)Higher Diploma in Business Administration or Commerce (must have)
b)Bachelor*s degree (preferred)
**Work Experience**:
**Years of Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field preferably within the hospitality/airline industry
**Skills**:
a)Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
b)Strong written and verbal communication for clear and professional interactions.
c)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Meticulous attention to detail for accurate execution of administrative tasks.
