The hotel boasts 269 tastefully decorated rooms, each thoughtfully designed to reflect the hotel's neighborhood story, the story of Dubai creek. Other facilities that our guests can expect include an infinity pool deck, a fully-equipped fitness center, and our neighbourhood café and bar, both offering seamless service and array of experiences reflecting this expressive neighbourhood.

**Your day to day**
In a nutshell, as Bar Mixologist, you will provide prompt and courteous drink orders at the bar or through the bar servers whilst at the same time deliver bespoke experience, using suggestive selling, takes orders and serves them accordingly, resets tables, performs side work as required and performs a cashiering function.

You will manage an efficiently operated outlet that is in accordance with the agreed standards and regulations; pick up, verify, and put away all requisitions for beer, juices, soft drinks, and food items used for the bar areas. Set up bar at the start of opening, including liquor, icing, glassware, juices, and garnishes. Update temperature records and check the expiry dates. Ensure that the bar is stocked and all side opening and closing duties are completed.

**What we need from you**
Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown is seeking a polished and lively Bar Mixologist to join our F&B team. This person will be the face of the Food & Beverage department in this vibrantly designed lifestyle hotel located in a key location in Dubai.

As the first lifestyle branded hotel of IHG in the Middle East, this exciting boutique hotel really is something to be part of. This is a great opportunity for talented hospitality and Food & Beverage professionals to step up in their careers and experience a new challenge in a trendy lifestyle brand.
