Observe and check the cleaning schedule properly and keep under systematic review.

first aid box needs to be checked daily (check expiry date of each item properly )

Move in -out process as per the company Policy.

Getting rooms ready and viewing as directed by sales team.

Daily camp checking and follow company/camp policies.

Keeping updated records of all company ( tenant staying in accommodation

Responsible for the clearance of sewage water and garbage disposals

Report accident/incident of staff t o l ine manager for necessary im mediate action

Ensures timely ordering and maintenance of inventory of all camp supplies.

Fill in and keep rec ord of DEWA & Bulk gas supply on daily basis.

Supervise the preparation of the cooking facilities area and ens ure t hat all gas stoves are in

w orking condition.
