**Software Developer**

We are looking for a Software and Web Developer who has very strong analytical skills, keen on details, and has intensive experience in creating software via different programming languages.

**Responsibilities of a Software Developer**:

- Collaborate with the stakeholders and clients to understand their software/website requirements.
- Create an overall framework and workflow charts to give an overview of the phases of the project and make the projected completion date.
- Develop entirely new intuitive software and improve existing software that meets or exceeds the client’s expectations.
- Assist the management in determining the specific budget and requirements for the client’s desired software program.
- Start and manage the projects, and ensure deliverables are submitted within the deadlines.
- Constantly collaborate and update the stakeholders about the progress of the project.
- Ensure that the programs have high security to avoid being hacked.
- Conduct software testing and be able to discuss the analysis and updates with both technical and non-technical users.
- Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently.
- Must be able to manage a team and coach junior programmers to have efficient collaborative work that will give the desired result.

**Qualifications**:

- **Can join immediately.**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development project management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a team leader of software development-related projects.
- Must have cloud computing skills, understands data structure and algorithms, and must be familiar with different programming tools.
- Experience working on large-scale software projects is strongly preferred.
- Must have working experience in the following coding languages. Can show certification/project screenshot samples for the following:

**-JavaScript**

**-Php**

**-Mysql**

**-NodeJS**

**Java**

**C++**

**C#**

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
