**The Role**
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimise the organisation’s tax position and minimise risks.
- Manage tax compliance, monitor new tax legislation, and implement tax efficiencies for the group, with a focus on UAE Corporate Tax and OECD Pillar 2
- Coordinate with external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities to manage tax audits and resolve any tax-related issues.
- Provide expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders on tax matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and cross-border transactions.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to support transfer pricing initiatives and ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with tax authorities and external partners.

**The Person**
- In-house experience in managing the global tax reporting process for a large multinational organisation
- ACA or CTA Qualified
- Experience in interacting with multi-functional teams (Tax, Finance,Treasury & Legal)
- In-depth knowledge of international tax regulations, transfer pricing, and tax compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex tax legislation and provide strategic advice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
- Strong interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication skills. Communicates with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent, and clear
