- Lead and motivate showroom staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our products and capable of delivering exceptional service.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products, conducting product presentations, and closing sales.

- Collaborate with the design team to create eye-catching displays and arrange furniture in visually appealing layouts.
