MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
REPAIR & MAINTENANCE
1.1.1 Supervise and directs the daily activities of all Engineering Department Maintenance Manager/ Supervisors and subordinators.
1.1.2 Observes activities to ensure adherence to policies and operating procedures.
1.1.3 Check on completed repair and maintenance works to ensure that established standards have been met.
1.1.4 Responsible for maintaining fire, life and safety system with high level of standard.
1.1.5 Monitors store stock and adherence to quality standards during the receiving of goods.
1.1.6 Responsible for data collection and analysis of data leading up to the preparation of the P&L and Capex budgets.
1.1.7 Handles grievances, suggestions and complaints by colleagues and recommends appropriate action to the DOE.
1.1.8 Work on own initiative without full detailed supervision or direction.
1.1.9 Making sure that all documentation used in the department is a controlled version with the correct issue date.
1.1.10 To perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonable require.
1.1.11 Responsible to control energy management and control system of the hotel.
1.1.12 Responsible for repair and maintenance of the engineering management systems and controls.
1.1.13 To provide technical assistance, guidance when the team required.
1.1.14 Responsible to monitor the performance of the external maintenance contractors.
1.1.15 Responsible to prepare project specifications, CAPEX, review of drawings -operation and maintenance manuals, material submittals, DM/DCD approved drawings, AS built drawings & Engineering projects.
1.1.16 Looking and assisting into the Central Plant Services Electrical HVAC / Water System / Mechanical etc.
1.1.17 Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with blueprints, specifications, instructions and applicable federal, state and local codes; direct any rework or modification.
1.1.18 To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badges at all times.
**Qualifications**
Education:Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role with a
five star hotel.
Other: Computer skills and good communication skills
Knowledge of MS office and Engineering operating system
