**Job Description & Responsibilities**:

- Answering telephone, taking and relaying messages.
- Receiving, sorting and distributing mails.
- Coordinating the flow of documents among project operations, engineering disciplines, construction team and other department(s).
- Ensuring that the pre-established Document Control Requirements are satisfactorily met throughout the project duration.
- Working hand in hand with Head of Projects and ensuring that all documentation meet formal Requirements and Standards.
- Perform various functions for the project as and whenever necessary.

**Requirements/Eligibility**:

- Bachelor Degree is preferred.
- 3 Years working experience in UAE in Contracting/Construction field.
- Excellent skill of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

**Job Types**: Contract, Permanent, Full-time
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
