**Job Title: Safety Officer**

**Location: Dubai South, Dubai**

**Responsibilities**:*

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team for a G+4 construction project in Dubai South City. The Safety Officer will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of safety are maintained throughout the project.

**Key Responsibilities**:*

1. Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

2. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments on-site.

3. Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures.

4. Conduct safety training programs for employees and contractors.

5. Investigate and report on-site accidents and incidents.

6. Collaborate with project managers to implement corrective actions.

7. Ensure the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) on-site.

8. Keep abreast of industry best practices and safety standards.

**Qualifications**:*

1. Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.

2. Valid Safety Officer certification in accordance with local regulations.

3. Proven experience as a Safety Officer in construction projects, particularly in G+4 buildings.

4. Familiarity with Dubai South safety regulations and practices.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to conduct training sessions and communicate safety guidelines effectively.

7. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:*

1. Previous experience working on projects in Dubai South.

2. Additional certifications related to construction safety.
