Review, check, audit, and resubmit all models of LOD 400 & LOD 500.
- Support the Project Delivery Team on day-to-day basis for BIM implementation activities
- Provide progress and performance updates on weekly/ monthly basis.
- Record, store and maintain all formal correspondences related to BIM activities
- Ensure all received unapproved models by subcontractors are audited, and exported using Revit as the local authoring tool.
- Ensure the highest quality for all BIM package submissions in accordance with Project standards, requirements and with the BIM execution plan
- Perform Quality Assurance and Control checks on models and maintain track on geometrical and non-geometrical information compliance with the Project's BIM requirements
- Lead internal and attend external coordination meetings
- Review, monitor and report the development of clash interference and fully coordinated models
- Prepare discipline model and/or content for internal reviews and coordination meetings
- Supervise the BIM modelers, collaborate and coordinate with the Design/ engineers team for any model challenges
- Co-ordinate and review models using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.

- Update the models logs and related documents
- Experience in some or all the following systems: (Architecture Panels, Ablution & Stool Blocks, Finish Wall Stone, Floor Finish, Precast Architecture Concrete, Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete, Signage, Metal Works, Blockworks, Doors, Joinery Works, Access & Raised Flooring, Furniture, Fitting & Equipment, Landscape, façade roofing)
- Experience in Bentley Open building software
- Experience in BS-EN-ISO-19660 BIM standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Experience**:

- BIM Coordination: 5 years (required)
- Bentley Open building software: 3 years (preferred)
- BS-EN-ISO-19660 BIM standards: 3 years (preferred)
License/Certification:

- Revit Certification (preferred)
