Interior Draughtsman

Must be able to join immediately.
- Must have 1-3 years of experience in an interior fit-out company.
- Must possess excellent technical skills in softwares such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design tools.
- Prepare architectural drawings, primarily for joinery and interior fit-out, for authority approval.
- Create concept drawings and conduct site visits as needed.
- Take accurate site measurements and calculate the sizes and quantities of materials required.
- Follow specifications and perform calculations to create various technical drawings.
- Prepare both rough sketches and detailed work using CAD systems.
- Responsible for preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings for consultant approval and contracting.
- Prepare architectural drawings, primarily for joinery and interior fit-out, for authority approval.
- Prepare, review, and revise drawings in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Ensure final designs comply with building regulations.
- Develop detailed shop drawings based on concept designs for production.
- Coordinate with production managers, project managers, and designers to gather necessary technical details and changes.
