**As Project Manager, what are you going to do?**
- Accomplish the stated project objectives;
- Create clear and attainable project objectives;
- Build the projects requirements and plan;
- Managing financial and Operational Performance;
- Manage the constraints of the project management;
- Ability to adapt to the various internal procedures of the contracting party, and to form close links with the nominated representatives;
- Customer and 3rd party Management, working occasionally independently in a customer environment. Co-ordinating internal teams, sub-contractors and managing multiple customers whilst ensuring the commercial interests of the business are represented;
- Commercial, Financial and Risk Management - must have a sound understanding of financials and able to manage a P&L;
- Leading internal resources - ranging from s/w development team, product design/ engineering, Quality Assurance and local installation resources;
- Ability to owns the commercial relationship with the client and maintains and grows relationships with all customers in the region;
- Ability to develop customer account plans that identify relevant customer needs, prioritises initiatives, and company investments, and establishes a clear action plan for success.

**What are the skills and professional experience we’re expecting from you?**
- 8+ years of Experience in a Project Manager or similar role;
- Previous project management experience in Software Industry is must;
- Familiar with Agile and waterfall methodologies;
- Proactive and Self-initiator;
- Experience managing small to mid-size teams;
- Capable of managing multiple workstreams, through excellent prioritization skills and keeping calm under pressure;
- Experience working biometrics projects with major airlines and/or airports is valued;
- Experience in International projects is valued;
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Speak and writes fluent Arabic and English is must;
- Excellent Planning skills;
- Excellent Presentation Skills;
- Excellent Problem Solving skills.
