- Scheduling appointments and booking gym classes, personal training sessions, and other services.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of gym membership and usage.
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring that the gym is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Communicating with other gym staff members and managers to ensure that all gym operations run smoothly.
- Providing information and assistance to customers regarding gym policies, rules, and regulations.
- Monitoring gym access and ensuring that only authorized customers are permitted to enter.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Increase new members through promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with other gym staff members and managers to develop and execute sales promotions and events.

Minimum 2 year UAE expereince is required. Prefer immeidate joiner.

**Salary**: From AED1.00 per month
