**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled CNC, Laser, and 3D Printer Operator to join our team at HOME ITEMS TRADING INT’L. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to produce precision parts and products. Your expertise will ensure that our manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Machine Operation**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines, laser cutters, and 3D printers according to engineering specifications.
- Adjust machine settings and parameters to meet detailed specifications and improve production efficiency.
**- Technical Interpretation**:

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to understand job requirements.
- Translate design specifications into accurate machine commands.
**- Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor production processes to ensure parts meet established quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and tests on finished products to verify conformance to specifications.
- Maintain detailed records of production output and quality issues.
**- Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with machinery.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for major repairs or adjustments.
**- Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with design and engineering teams to refine production methods and address discrepancies.
- Provide feedback on design feasibility and suggest improvements.
**- Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure all operations comply with safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Wear appropriate protective equipment and promote a safe working environment.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.

- Proven experience in operating CNC machines, laser cutters, and 3D printers.
- Familiarity with various materials such as metals, plastics, and composites.
