Runner / Food Runner

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team is looking for energetic and organized Runners to assist with delivering food to our guests and supporting our servers in providing exceptional service.

**Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests, following established service standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure all orders are prepared correctly and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food and beverage stations.
- Assist setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins, and decorations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces as needed.
- Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash.
- Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a food runner or similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a busy restaurant setting.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
