Business Strategy Consultant

**About the Role**:
Business Strategy Consultant is responsible to shape our organization’s strategy and develop measures that realize our business objectives. In this role you will be tasked with analyzing market and competition as well as organizational performance, developing achievable goals and implementing strategic initiatives to build a sustainable competitive advantage. Based in our Dubai office and part of our Center of Competence, this role reports directly to the DMC Group Chief Executive Officer.

**Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the development of divisional and business unit strategies
- Assessing market trends and competitors
- Establishing key performance indicators and other data drivers that facilitate comparative analysis and benchmarking
- Conducting internal research and analyses to identify business issues and opportunities
- Presenting findings, strategic alternatives and projections along with recommended actions
- Preparing business presentations for management and board meetings
- Supporting and guiding senior executive decision-making processes
- Provide project management expertise and guidance, monitoring and reporting on key strategic projects
- Coordinating central strategic projects within the different teams by understanding our Project Management tool, implementing and identifying best practices with the tool and becoming the key driver of promoting PM tool adoption within the company
- Support in aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy
- Provide governance support to a virtual Centre of Competence (including cadence, minutes and planning/monitoring of outcomes)

**Your Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of previous consultancy experience
- Project Management skills and previous Project Management experience
- Ideally tourism experience
- Very strong analytics, Visualisation, Excel
- Ability to create & build data bases for analysis / power BI
- Very good command of English language
