**_Role Summary:_**

The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in leading communications strategies for our client’s portfolio of prestigious brands. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing complex PR campaigns, building strong client relationships, and leading a team towards achieving exceptional results.

**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with client objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of account executives, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated communications plans.
- Oversee the creation of press materials, media pitches.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to provide strategic recommendations.
- Manage crisis communications and provide strategic counsel to clients in challenging situations.
- Analyze campaign performance, providing insightful reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

**_Requirements:_**
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a PR agency setting, with a focus on corporate communications.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and growing client accounts in a competitive environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior team members.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of the media landscape in the UAE and globally.
- Proven ability to strategize, implement, and oversee successful PR campaigns.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital communications and social media strategy.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
