**About the Role**:
Join our dynamic Business Development team and play a pivotal role in expanding Tes's international customer base. Based in Dubai, your primary objective will be to develop and acquire new business by targeting prospective customers, understanding their needs, and building strong relationships with senior school leaders across the globe. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the revenue growth of our software suite internationally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet ambitious sales targets through outbound prospecting and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Market Penetration: Rapidly increase the use of Tes Global software (SaaS) services within international markets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of expertise across the Tes product portfolio to demonstrate and position our solutions effectively.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to identify new revenue opportunities and acquire new clients.
- Customer Care: Ensure exceptional customer care and act as the face of Tes in your territory.
- Sales Process: Navigate the buying process strategically, communicating persuasively with stakeholders and budget decision-makers.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about competitor activity and market trends to maximize Tes opportunities.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on forecast and targeted revenue, KPIs, and customer insights.
- Travel: Some travel will be required, although the majority of work can be conducted virtually.

**Requirements**:

- Prospecting Skills: Ability to generate a new business pipeline with outbound sales activity.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data orientation and analytical thinking.
- Creativity: Innovative approach to product value sales, community development, and customer experience.
- Experience: Proven success in EdTech software sales (SaaS) and experience in live software demos.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of demonstrating software solutions effectively.
- Influence: Skilled at understanding and influencing others, with the ability to build credible relationships at the highest levels.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with meticulous CRM management and accurate revenue forecasting.
