**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**:Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring a positive experience.

**Communication**:Communicate effectively and professionally with customers over the phone.
Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and solutions to potential and existing customers.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Generate reports on customer feedback and common issues for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent English fluency is a must.
- Previous experience in customer service or telecalling is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
