COMMUNICATION
- To attend bi-daily team briefing actively.

GUEST RELATIONS

- To handle all guests complaints in a friendly and effective way, if escalated, to report to upper management.

OPERATIONS
- To always act and perform accordingly to LPM standards.
- To have a thorough knowledge of the menu, wine list, digestive and bar list of LPM
- Set up the bar for full operation. Prepare the juices, purees, syrups, fruits, garnishes, batches.
- Make sure the bar is always spotless, clean & tidy.
- Be an active member in the operations during service hours, preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, cafe, serving snacks while interacting with the guests.
- To maximize opportunities to increase revenue (upselling, recommendations, participation in incentives,...)
- To always ensure an excellent guest experience.
- To successfully follow daily duties and role responsibilities.
- To efficiently use the POS system.
- To respond quickly and positively to changes within your job role, showing flexibility

JOB ROLE SPECIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

- Essential_
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Desirable_
- Hospitality education background
- European Bartender School
- WSET Level

**Experience**:

- Essential_
- Minimum 4 years in F&B (sommelier, bar, food industry)
- Previous experience in a high-end restaurant (min 2 years)
- Previous experience in a high-volume cocktail bar (min 2 years)
- Desirable_
- Additional experience in 5 stars hotel
- Additional experience as barista
