As our CDP - Grill Chef, you will be responsible for managing the grill section of our kitchen. This role demands expertise in a variety of grilling techniques, with a focus on Arabic and European methods. You will play a key role in ensuring that all dishes are executed to the highest standards, contributing to an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and operate the grill section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes in accordance with restaurant standards.
- Expertly handle a variety of ingredients, focusing on meats and vegetables, ensuring dishes are cooked and seasoned perfectly.
- Develop and implement new dishes and recipes that blend Arabic grilling traditions with European steak cooking techniques.
- Ensure all dishes leaving the grill station meet presentation and quality standards.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and orderly cooking environment.
- Train and lead kitchen staff on proper grill operations and techniques.
- Manage food inventory and ordering for the grill section, ensuring fresh and high-quality supplies.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and condition, reporting any issues to ensure optimal operation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CDP - Grill Chef, with expertise in Arabic and European grilling techniques.
- Strong understanding of steak preparation and a variety of grilling methods.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Keen attention to detail with a passion for culinary excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Knowledge of best practices for food handling, sanitation, and safety.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional kitchen experience preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
