**Job Summary**:
Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external customers who bring their vehicles for repairs or maintenance.

**Job Responsibiltites**:

- Interact with customers to understand their vehicle-related concerns, answer inquiries, and gather relevant information about the vehicle's symptoms or issues.
- Utilize your technical knowledge and diagnostic tools to identify and assess vehicle problems.
- Analyze symptoms reported by the customer and perform additional tests or inspections as necessary to pinpoint the cause of the issue.
- Offer recommendations and provide accurate cost estimates for parts, labor, and any additional services that may be required.
- Coordinate with service technicians to schedule repairs, order parts, and ensure that the necessary equipment and tools are available for the job.
- Provide updates to customer on timelines, any delays, and additional services that may be needed during the process.
- Address any questions or concerns the customer may have.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, vehicle symptoms, diagnostic findings, repair recommendations, and services performed

**Requirements**:

- A strong understanding of automotive systems, mechanics, and diagnostics
- Familiar with vehicle components, repair procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Minimum 2 years UAE Expereince as Service Advisor/ Technician/Mechanic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with Diagnostic Tools and Software

**Work Location**: Ajman

**Salary**: From AED1.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
