Programme, allocate and supervise Fire alarm, Emergency Lighting, Security Systems and other extra low voltage maintenance and improvement work as required.
- Managing group of technicians who are responsible for the maintenance of the fire alarm and emergency lighting systems across the company establishment.
- To assist the Facilities Maintenance and Compliance unit to effectively direct and manage all resources allocated to the Extra Low Voltage Systems (ELVS) team including home automation systems.
- Supervise an allocated team of technical and manual in house staff and contract labour responsible for a range of maintenance and improvements of Extra low voltage systems
- Responsible day-on-day for allocating and supervising maintenance and improvement work, ensuring efficient and safe operation to the highest achievable standard.
- Supervise all team to Carry out remedial repairs and preventative maintenance of all kinds of ELV systems like CCTV systems, Security systems, Security Gates, Central Battery System, and Lighting control system and associated equipment. - Carry out fault diagnosis, remedial repairs, calibration and planned preventative maintenance of the ELV systems.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
