As a Fire Alarm Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair activities related to fire alarm systems. Your role involves managing a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with safety codes, coordinating projects, and providing technical expertise to ensure the effective operation of fire alarm systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and lead a team of Fire Alarm Technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Assign tasks, schedule work, and ensure the team meets project deadlines.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- **Project Management**:

- Coordinate and manage the execution of fire alarm system projects.
- Review project specifications, design plans, and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Provide technical guidance to the team on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in fire alarm technology and codes.
- Assist in resolving complex technical issues and challenges.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that all installations, maintenance, and repairs meet quality standards and comply with relevant codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify the proper functioning of fire alarm systems.
- **Training and Development**:

- Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Keep the team updated on changes in industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- **Client Communication**:

- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing updates on project progress.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and expectations.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Oversee the documentation of all installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Generate reports on project status, performance metrics, and team productivity.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce and promote a strong safety culture within the team.
- Ensure that all work adheres to safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.
- **Budget Management**:

- Assist in budget planning and monitor expenses related to fire alarm projects.
- Identify cost-saving measures without compromising the quality of work.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Technician or in a similar role.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, components, and codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Certification in fire alarm systems or relevant technical areas.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
