- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in chess theory, teaching methods, and educational resources.
- Collaborate with other coaches, teachers, and staff to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
- Monitor students progress and adjust teaching methods as needed to ensure their continued growth and success.
- Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages sportsmanship, fair play, and a love for the game.
