**Position**: Project Manager

We are hiring an exceptional Project Manager to join our company. We are looking for someone who has high experience or expertise in the marketing industry in which this person will have the responsibility of transforming the plans and ideas related into reality and turning that into an amazing product. This person will be managing the company’s projects and will be the one who collaborates and coordinates with other departments such as IT, Media, HR, and other departments. Ensure that every team is on the same page. This person must also have a thorough understanding of the marketing industry's requirements, as well as knowledge of the company's production processes and the ability to communicate with various departments.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Lead the project team to deliver on time, keep morale, identify issues and solve them.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Responsible for managing projects from start to completion.
- Meeting the regulatory demands of new marketing trends.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Coordinate with different production departments to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
- Create and meet targets and deadlines for multiple projects of the company.
- Contributes toward strategy and execution of annual roadmap, objectives, and goal (forecasting, retail promotional planning, % sales growth, etc.).
- Tracks results and optimizes performance for these business areas (sales results reporting/ROI analysis, etc.).
- Manage projects day-to-day and ultimately take responsibility for reaching projects.
- Oversee the whole project while providing guidance to the team.
- Develop and plan budgets, potential risks, time constraints, and resources for each project.
- Providing support on business development and new project opportunities.
- Working in partnership with different departments such as the IT and Operations team.
- Identify risks to the project and analyze the risk based on impact, probability of occurrence and its effect on the project quality and release date. Similarly come up with a mitigation plan for the identified risks.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in project management.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in IT or software is a plus.
- Proven to have experience and knowledge of project management or related experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Leadership and strong communication skills.
- Ability to inspire teammates, motivate others and achieve team deadlines.
- Experience owning and running development processes (e.g. SCRUM or others) and using industry-standard management tools such as JIRA or similar.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
- Project management qualifications are desirable.
- Ready for frequent travel.
- Professional-level in English; Chinese is a plus.
