**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar.
- Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Support the clinic staff with administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is essential.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and appointment scheduling tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
