We are opening **a new office in the United Arab Emirates** and offer you to join out team and build a new company office together as an **Ocean Freight Forwarder**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Establishment and development of ocean freight services (FCL) - both import and export related to the UAE region;
- Processing of requests, organization and control of the whole process of sea transportation;
- Communication with the real Customer concerning the organization and management of international cargo transportation (FCL);
- Communication with the shipping lines, clarification of transportation details;
- Making quotes under all the requests and Order Releases when Ordered;
- Creation of transport orders in internal company systems;
- Participation in tender preparations if needed.

**REQUEREMENTS**:

- 3+ years of proven experience with ocean freight transportation within the freight forwarding industry (FCL);
- Profound knowledge of the UAE market;
- Experience with the organization of "door to door" sea/multimodal transportation;
- Experience with the direct communication with the Customer and the shipping lines;
- High level of writing and speaking English;
- Broadminded, out of the box thinking and ability to find nonstandard solutions.
