**Your Role**:

- Complying to the quality procedures and HSE requirements set by the company.
- Adhering to the departmental objectives and KPI.
- Build and Maintain positive working relationship with everyone.
- Improving the role of procurement and supply within the organization,all knowledge and capability statements.
- All knowledge and capability statements from: Strategic Sourcing/ Advance Procurement and Developing Global sourcing.
- Working with suppliers and other stakeholders to achieve partnering and strategic relationship management to deliver value for the organisation and its supply chain.
- Demonstrating added value to the organisation through the implementation of global procurement, off shoring or low cost country sourcing.
- Evaluating submitted quotations or tenders on the basis of objective criteria using any agreed weightings and scoring process.
- Initiate and get involved in the techno-commercial negotiations with the vendors, supporting Procurement Engineers and Senior Procurement Engineer as applicable
- Total compliance to company guidelines in validating the terms

and conditions of purchasing during vendor negotiations to facilitate final decision making with help of Head of department.
- Approve ordering of necessary goods and services
- Develop and maintain Contracts & Procurement strategy & policies
- Attend Operations, Planning and Management meetings as applicable.
- Participates in internal/Cutomer Audits as required
- Coordinate with accounts for clearing payments on time.
- Assist Head of supply chain in Vendor Pre qualification and Performance evaluation
- Liase with LEWA HQ on International Procurement Network activities
- Prepare Procurement Procedures and work instructions as required
- Coordinate with QHSE for Vendor Audit as required.
- Submission of Monthly Project procurement reports to Head of department.
- Circulation of sub order list to relevant department.
- Updating approved vendor list periodically.
- Assist Head of supply chain Price Agreement/Rate Contract for repeated Project Oriented Materials & Services from various vendors.
- Ensuring that all procurement activities are in compliance with Company business policies and procedures.
- Promote awareness and ensure that all procurement activities and materials are in compliance with Company HSE policies and procedures

**To succeed, you will need ;**

**Qualifications**:
Graduate in Engineering, Bachelor Degree in Engineering

**Years of Experience**:
8-10 years

**Field of Expertise**:
**Contracts, Procurement, Leadership, Negotiation, Data Analysis, Market Research, Supplier Evaluation and Selection, Cost Management, Planning and Scheduling**
