**Job Title: Bike Rider - Delivery Specialist**

**Job Summary**: As a Bike Rider, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers in a timely and professional manner. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver packages to customers efficiently and safely.
- Follow designated routes and time schedules.
- Load and unload items from the bike with care.
- Verify delivery information, such as names, addresses, and contact numbers.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage.
- Provide excellent customer service by being polite and professional during deliveries.
- Report any maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Own a reliable bike.
- Valid driver’s license or equivalent for bike riding.
- Valid own visa / sponsored visa required
- Proven experience as a Bike Rider or in a similar delivery role is a plus.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and carry packages.
- Knowledge of local routes and neighborhoods.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
