Our mission is to help our local community understand and protect themselves from risk both locally and globally.- We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic training program, As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals while working on real-world projects.- In your first year, you will join ETHRAA which is an intensive training program designed by the Emirates Institute of Finance to provide UAE nationals with professional qualifications and hands-on experience in specific areas of expertise. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to kick-start their careers and gain valuable practical knowledge.- Job Accountabilities**In this role, you will**:

- Participate in the ETHRAA training program, which includes a structured curriculum and practical assignments to enhance your knowledge and skills in the designated area of expertise.
- Collaborate with team members on projects and contribute to their successful completion.
- Assist in research, data analysis, documentation, and other project-related tasks as required.
- Foster positive working relationships with team members, trainers, and mentors. Participate in group discussions, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions to exchange ideas and experiences.
- Adhere to the program guidelines, policies, and procedures established by the organization. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and demonstrate ethical behavior throughout the training program
- Get familiar with personnel duties and help managers complete daily tasks
- Understand each department’s daily processes and goals, which would also help you discover your areas of interest
- Job Qualifications**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- UAE National with Family book
- A bachelor's or master's degree in the relevant field of study obtained within the past two years.
- A minimum GPA of 3
- Self-starter
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge and exploring different areas of expertise
- Solution-oriented
