Nursing Tutor

**Job Title: Nursing Lecturer**

**Location: Bur Dubai**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver high-quality instruction in CNA, Caregiver, ACLS, BLS, CEN, NCLEX RN, Patient Management, Hospital Management and other healthcare courses.
- Develop lesson plans, labs, and other instructional materials that are engaging and effective.
- Evaluate student progress through quizzes, exams, and other assessments.
- Assist in the development and revision of course content and curriculum.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other academic information.
- Participate in departmental meetings, faculty meetings, and other college-wide committees.
- Keep up-to-date with developments in healthcare education and incorporate new teaching strategies into instructional materials.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
- Participate in the recruitment and retention of students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching CNA, Caregiver, ACLS, BLS, CEN, NCLEX RN, Patient Management, Hospital Management and other healthcare courses.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment.
- A DHA/MOH/HAAD license is an advantage.
