**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and update 3D BIM models using software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
- Develop technical drawings and documentation based on project specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, and production teams to ensure the accuracy and quality of designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any modeling issues during the design phase.
- Ensure all drawings meet project and industry standards, codes, and guidelines.
- Keep models updated with project changes and revisions.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in BIM Modelling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.
- Strong understanding of building codes, industry standards, and local regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
