**Job Description**:

- Reviewing architectural, structural & ID drawings for the purpose of developing Shop drawings.
- Preparation of MEP Shop drawings from IFC design.
- Preparation of MEP Service coordination.
- Preparation of RCP coordination.
- MEP Space planning.
- Preparation of sections & details from scratch.
- Document submission process support & follow up.
- Ensuring Drawings are incompliance to local authority requirements & standards.
- Preparing Equipment / load schedules
- Preparing Schematic diagrams / Single line diagrams
- Verifying IFC designs for the purpose of Shop drawing & raising discrepancies.
- Preparation of Builders work drawings.
- Preparation of As built drawings.
- Preparation of Fabrication drawings.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor of Mechanical degree, Diploma, ITI
Minimum 8 years of gulf country experience
