Shisha Steward

**JOB PURPOSE**

Responsible in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the Shisha area, assisting the Shisha team to ensure smooth operations to achieve optimal departmental profitability, quality service and standards, and guest satisfaction

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

1. Responsible for the mise-en-place, ensure that all shisha equipment are ready for operation use

2. Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized work area, utensils, and equipment

3. Assist and support the Shisha team in the preparation of shishas, as and when required/needed

4. Ensure that the opening and closing checklists are being followed

5. Perform all necessary tasks in accordance with departmental policy and standard

6. Responsible for restocking and replenishment of shisha inventory and supplies

7. Assist in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the shisha area

8. Label and stock all ingredients on shelves properly to easily ensure accessibility and smooth operations

9. Ensure minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage

11. Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures and follow health and safety practices at all times

12. Carry out additional tasks as instructed by the Management
