Our client is a well-established construction company specializing in mixed use buildings.

We are recruiting a UAE experienced project architect to join their Dubai team.

**Role Summary**

Lead the briefing process and feasibility studies.

Develop project programmes - deliverables for the architectural team and all associated consultants.

Lead the detailed design and information process - prepare concept designs and contribute to the development of the BIM model.

Prepare building drawings, plans and documents for mandatory approvals.

Provide technical input for RFPs, RFQs and RFIs.

Source and appoint subcontractors.

Attend site and client meetings to present architectural designs and stage reports.

Conduct site visits and issue observations in a site visit report format NCR to the Contractor.

Lead the snagging and de-snagging process with an aim to progress the works to completion through this process.

Register any changes at site and identifying risks associated to cost and time slippages by the contractors.

Review construction documents, renderings, layouts, color boards and CAD drawings.

Ensure compliance with municipality building regulations, health and safety guidelines and sustainability best practices and standards.

**Mandatory Skills & Experience**

10 years’ project architect experience in managing mixed use design and build construction projects.

Excellent project management capabilities ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

Well versed with ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp; MS project or Primavera

UAE driving license is mandatory.

**Education**

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

ARB / RIBA qualification is a strong advantage

Currently living in the United Arab Emirates.

Fluent in English.

Works well under pressure and has capabilities in managing construction from concept, design, build, finish through to handover.

Self-motivated - stay abreast of industry trends and best practices and emerging technologies; integrating them into our designs.
