**The job**

We are currently looking for a motivated and highly organised **QA / QC Inspector** to join and support our team at **Nareta**.

You will aim to ensure that the service Nareta provides is fit for purpose and meets both external and internal requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations. You will coordinate the activities required to meet quality standards, the performance of the quality management system and collate data to report on performance, measuring against set indicators.

You **key responsibilities include**, but are not limited to:

- You ensure that the Quality Management System is implemented and maintained and evaluate where continual improvement can be made.
- You maintain the corrective/preventive action program, inclusive of tracking status of open actions, receiving and reviewing responses, working with departments for timely completion and periodic reports and metrics
- You monitor, evaluate and assign corrective actions to appropriate design team members for completion
- You will identify relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training
- You monitor production processes and performance with regards to technical quality and compliance with design and specification requirements
- You inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced
- You record inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database
- You check that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements
- Removing all products and materials that fail to meet specifications

**What you’ll need to bring**
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a QA/QC role within the UAE
- You hold a bachelor’s degree or similar in related field
- You have experience in manufacturing / fabrication
- You have the ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
- You are computer savvy
- You have experience with quality management systems (QMS)
- You have good math skills (data reporting, measuring, calibrating, and calculating specifications)
- You have good critical thinking skills
- You need physical strength and stamina, as the job requires time on the feet
- You have the ability to read blueprints, technical documents, and manuals
- You have a desire to achieve the best and ensure top-quality products

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
