Accountant - Income Auditor

**Income Accountant** required for a leading Holiday Homes & Hotel business in Downtown Dubai.
- **PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF U MEETS THE REQUIREMENT**_
- **Audit Company Experience - ICAP**:

- **Cancelled Visa or Visit Visa is required, Immediate Joining** - No notice period
- **3 Years UAE experience as auditor/Accountant is required**:

- **Age Maximum 30 Years Old**

**Other Details - Preferred**
- UAE Experience in 5* Hotel (or Holiday Homes) as reservation and Revenue Auditor is preferred
- Experience in PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (Opera, RMS) back office is preferred
- Coordinate with the front office to ensure that all payments have been received before Check Out Process
- Review the daily rates with the reservation team as appropriate
- Supervising Pre-Auth Deposit and refund process
- Amenities Charging to the guest and the owners
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
- Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
- Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
- Provide input into department’s goal setting process
- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns
- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
- Plan, assign and review staff’s work
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Ensure compliance with FTA principles
- Liaise with our Accounting Manager to improve financial procedures

**Salary**: From AED3,500.00 per month
