Dubai English Speaking School (DESS) is a multi-award winning, thriving, not-for-profit provider of primary education (3-11 years). DESS is the oldest British Curriculum School in Dubai but is always at the cutting edge of new developments in Education. We are about to embark on an exciting expansion project and will be building a new site, to be based in Academic City, hence the need to expand our team. The role may involve working at either site.

About the Role

About You
- Previous experience of managing direct reports.
- Experience of working in a school admissions department would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Have excellent literacy skills and attention to detail.
- Must demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience of other computer software to ensure efficient workflow management. Knowledge of iSAMS would be an advantage.
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally to a variety of stakeholders.
