**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in making informed property investment decisions.
- Stay up to date with the property market, including new launches and trends.
- Analyze market trends and demographics to identify sought-after and profitable areas.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain an extensive database of available properties.
- Update CRM regularly and accurately.
- Follow company policies to ensure the quality and legality of transactions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Communicate with legal counsel to prepare sales documents.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 0.6-1 year Real Estate Experience in the UAE.
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or related field (preferred).
- Fluent in English.
- Self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work independently with dedication.
- Knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office is a must.
- UAE Driving license (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
