**The Executive secretary/ Personal Assistant has responsibility to work along with the company CEO and ensure to assist in the achievement of strategic and yearly goals of EVA.**

**Role and Responsibilities**:
Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Diary/ Calendar of CEO.

Prepare meeting agenda for CEO approval to be shared with the team prior to the meeting and issue MOM to the team.

Arrange documents (quotations and presentations) for CEO’s review in preparation for Client meetings. Reviewing BOQ before submission to CEO.

Update the CEO for progress of Design revenue, Sales report and Project completions.

Responsible for travel bookings (ticket, hotel and transportation), visa process and travel itinerary for CEO.

Assist in preparation for company events. (as needed)

Attend to personal and family matters for the CEO as per request.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in construction, Interior fit out or contracting company would be an advantage.
- Preference will be given to Arabic speakers due to work requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
