Responsible for supporting the development of Company Rules and Regulations, policies and standards, and implementing and monitoring compliance with HS&E rules, regulations, standards, and guidelines. Conducting employer inspections, establishing health and safety initiatives and audits, and enforcing preventative/corrective measures to establish safer workplaces, minimize unhealthy situations / hazardous activities / job-related incidents, and foster a culture of attention to health, safety, and environment within Company jurisdiction. Additionally, they are responsible for consistently providing exceptional client-centered service to all stakeholder groups.
- Support in implementing of Company Rules and Regulations programs, procedures, standards, guidance, information, checklists, and database records.
- Conduct inspections of employer operations at different sites as per Company Rules and Regulations, to identify HS&E deficiencies and enforce suitable corrective measures.
- Perform regular inspections as per proactive inspections plan for all Company s clients’ buildings, facilities,
- and operations and contractors to identify unsafe acts, conditions, and hazards.
- Conduct facility fitness inspections to verify preparedness and issue Fitness Certificates where compliance is confirmed.
- Verify service requests, and amendments to ensure all HSE requirements are communicated during the service modification processes.
- Assist in implementation of Company Violation codes in case of non-compliance with Company Regulation and applicable Federal regulations.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, report to relevant parties the corrective actions, follow up to ensure that all corrective actions are closed out within specific a time frame.
- Organize the issuance of NOC permits for Company employees after evaluating the request and associated approvals, certificates, and documents.
- Verify periodic testing and inspections of critical equipment and devices as per ENAS/EIAC is conducted by Company registered 3rd party and verify the conformity certificates to ensure they conform to inspection requirements.
- Verify client emergency management plan to ensure its compliance as per NCMEA guidelines. Ensure the highest level of readiness and awareness of how to act in any emergency among and clients. Respond to fire emergency calls in and outside of regular working hours.
- Facilitate the relationship between clients and external HS&E authorities to receive relevant NOC/approval.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required (Engineering, Science, Safety, or Environmental is highly preferred).
- NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health.
- Valid UAE-Driving license.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the HS&E field in industrial plants, oil fields or construction sites.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (preferable).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Good Knowledge of HS&E policy and procedures and relevant Workplace Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
- Up-to-date knowledge of occupational HS&E-related legislation, Codes of Practice, and guidance.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented skills with the ability to assess different workplace situations’ hazards,
- and recommend appropriate preventive and corrective measures or strategies.
- Ability to react quickly and calmly during emergencies and to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Confident, objective, fair, and clear when delivering difficult information or making decisions that may cause initially unfavourable reactions.
- Good time management and planning skills with the ability to prioritize workloads, work under pressure, work to deadlines and meet targets - whilst maintaining a customer-centric approach to clients and a supportive and advisory approach with colleagues.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co
- workers, supervisors, clients, relevant local authorities and organizations, and the general public.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as part of a team.
- Physically fit as the work will involve a large amount of time on visiting properties such as factories, companies, construction sites, offices, Accommodation buildings, retail shops, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, projects, etc.) and any other required program.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
