Bell N Views are looking for **Experienced Real Estate Agents **to join the team

*Junior or Anyone who is interested to be an Agent*
- Confident individuals with excellent sales & leasing skills.
- Must possess good knowledge of RERA rules for buying, selling and leasing property in Dubai.
- Should have leasing experience of residential apartments, commercial real estate, off plan and holiday homes.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers & sellers smoothly.
- Should have innovative marketing skills and capable of handling multiple marketing channels.
- Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
- Proven working experience at least 2 years as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
- Ability to work with targets, performance based commission structure.
- Self-motivated & Entrepreneurial

UAE Driving License (preferably)
