**Job Description**:

- Plan, schedule and monitor daily transport operations within the function and ensure timely intervention to manage sudden or unexpected requirements or changes due to unforeseen events to ensure business continuity.
- Implement and enforce adherence to transportation service policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Control and manage accurate records of fuel, maintenance and operating expenses for the transportation fleet and exercise effective control over expenditures related to approved transportation budget.
- Investigate, prepare reports relating to transport incidents and make recommendations on improvements to the transport function to ensure safe transportation for our employees.
- Engage and provide response to feedback, queries and/or concerns raised from internal and external stakeholders by appropriately prioritizing them and answering them in a timely, efficient manner to improve customer experience.
- Establish and monitor a preventative maintenance program monthly for vehicles of service providers and Employee Logistics function to ensure cost efficiency, optimised usage and business continuity.
- Coach the team members to enable a high-performance culture and ensure that the team are enabled to continuously deliver in their roles.
- Manage service providers to ensure delivery performance standards and operational practices are in line with contractual agreements and performance benchmarks/SLAs.

**Education Qualification**:
At least Bachelor’s Degree holder or certificates relevant to the field (must have)

Driving License holder number 3 (must have)

**Work Experience**:
At least 5 years of experience in managing and supervising drivers, logistics and service led departments

**Skills**:

- Able to work under pressure so as to meet all transport schedules to the agreed standards
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of all road network of Dubai along with transport/vehicle knowledge
