Key Responsibilities:

- **ADNOC Approval Management**: Secure and manage all necessary ADNOC approvals and permits throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Project Oversight**: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and budgets.
- **Safety and Quality Assurance**: Implement ADNOC's safety protocols and quality assurance measures to ensure a safe working environment and high-quality outcomes.
- **Resource Management**: Allocate and manage resources efficiently, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to meet project goals.
- **Stakeholder Liaison**: Communicate regularly with ADNOC representatives, clients, and subcontractors to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, approvals, and compliance records, to support transparency and accountability.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor construction teams, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of construction management experience, with a focus on projects requiring ADNOC approval.
- Proven knowledge of ADNOC's approval processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- PMP or CCM certification is preferred.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
