**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative and Organizational Skills**:
- **Record Management**: Maintaining accurate employee records, visa details, and legal documentation.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring precision in data entry, payroll, and compliance tasks.
- **Time Management**: Managing recruitment, onboarding, and other HR processes efficiently.
**2. Communication Skills**:
- **Multilingual Ability** (advantageous): Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of Arabic or other commonly spoken languages (Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog) can be beneficial.
- **Verbal and Written Communication**: Clear communication with diverse employees and external agencies.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Handling grievances and disputes professionally, respecting cultural sensitivities.
**3. UAE-Specific HR Knowledge**:
- **Labor Laws**: Familiarity with the UAE Labor Law, including regulations on visas, working hours, gratuity, and end-of-service benefits.
- **Employment Contracts**: Drafting and maintaining labor contracts in compliance with local laws.
**4. Recruitment and Onboarding**:
- **Onboarding**: Ensuring smooth induction of employees while meeting UAE legal requirements.
**5. Payroll and Benefits Administration**:
- **WPS (Wage Protection System)**: Experience with payroll processing through the WPS system mandated in the UAE.
- **Employee Benefits**: Knowledge of medical insurance policies and other employee benefits common in Dubai.
**6. Technology Skills**:
- **Microsoft Office Suite**: Advanced proficiency in Excel for payroll and employee tracking.
- **Data Security**: Ensuring compliance with UAE privacy laws regarding employee data.
**7. Soft Skills**:
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- **Confidentiality and Ethics**: Safeguarding sensitive employee information with integrity.
- **Problem-Solving**: Addressing employee concerns while balancing organizational priorities.
**Requirements**:
**Education and Certification**:
- **Bachelor’s Degree**: In Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- **Certifications** (preferred):
- CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) certification, widely recognized in the UAE.
- SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional).
- PHR (Professional in Human Resources).
**Experience**:
- **HR Experience in the UAE**: 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multicultural setting.
- **Knowledge of UAE Employment Market**: Familiarity with industry trends, recruitment practices, and local salary benchmarks.
**Legal Knowledge**:
- **UAE Labor Law**: Understanding of contracts, employment types (limited/unlimited contracts), and termination rules.
- **Immigration Processes**: Experience liaising with government entities such as MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation), GDRFA (General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs), and other UAE authorities.
**Additional Requirements**:
- **Multitasking**: Handling multiple HR functions simultaneously.
- **Team Player**: Collaborating with other departments.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in English (mandatory); Arabic and other regional languages (advantageous).
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
