Pro Driver

Position Overview:
The PRO cum Driver is responsible for providing professional driving services while also fulfilling the duties of a Public Relations Officer (PRO). This dual-role position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to represent the company in a positive and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Driving Duties:

- Safely operate company vehicles to transport employees, clients, and guests to various destinations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and pedestrians.
- Maintain cleanliness and regular maintenance of assigned vehicles.
- Plan efficient routes to minimize travel time and maximize fuel efficiency.
- Provide assistance with loading and unloading luggage or other items as required.
- Public Relations (PRO) Duties:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guests, and visitors during transportation.
- Greet passengers courteously and provide assistance with boarding and disembarking.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, ensuring a positive experience for passengers.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, or requests from clients in a prompt and professional manner.
- Act as a representative of the company, promoting its image and values through exemplary customer service.
- Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities.
- Assist with scheduling transportation requests and coordinating logistics with other departments as needed.
- Complete required paperwork and documentation related to driving assignments and PRO responsibilities.
- Security and Safety:

- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and company property at all times.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify any maintenance issues or safety concerns.
- Follow established protocols for emergency situations and provide assistance as needed.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- PRO cum Driver: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Valid UAE driving license (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Sharjah (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Sharjah: Relocate before starting work (required)
