- **Customer Interaction**: Communicating with customers to explain issues, repairs needed, and costs involved. Providing advice on maintaining electrical systems to avoid future problems.
- **Documentation**: Keeping accurate records of repairs, replacements, and maintenance work done. This also includes maintaining logs for parts used and hours worked.
