Trainer Requirement
- _Min 2 -3 year of experience in training field or Construction site (Not Mandatory) with good command over Hindi & English (Urdu is an advantage)_
- _Should have ability to handle training department as per local regulatory rules & current accreditations as per the market trends._
- _Shall conduct in-house as well as on site trainings._
- _Having NEBOSH / HABC level 3 Train the trainer / First aid Certification (Other certifications is an advantage)_
- _Any graduate degree. (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree is an advantage)_
- _Driving License preferred (Not Mandatory._
- JD/ Responsibilities_
- Provide HSEQ/First aid Training as per the authorization list and accreditation.
- Monitor and maintain all Training Permits/Accreditations/License, update with current trend and requirements.
- Ensures compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external     standards.
- Ensuring that processes and procedures needed for the training system are established, implemented and maintained;
- Reporting to top management (Center Head) on the performance of the system/other trainers and any need for Improvement
- Responsible for the development, implementation, control, monitoring and maintenance of an effective quality assurance system within the framework of company policy.
- Act as the management representation for quality
- Training Department within and outside the organization.
- Responsible for compiling and recording of all documents
- Ensure that the approved training procedures are implemented under the direct responsibility of the GM/MD and Center Head.
- Responsible to carry out management review, internal audits and client meetings.
- Ensure Quality Control activities including Document control/Records and changes and new records control, Training consumable’s availabilities
- Responsible for the evaluation of the non-routine order specifications for the feasibility satisfactory performance.
- Conduct Assesses training needs; plans or participates in developing training course objectives; obtains training materials; presents training/instruction to both groups and individuals; evaluates training effectiveness; may oversee maintenance of training records and resource library. Coordinates scheduling of training courses, audiovisual equipment and other training aids; may coordinate training with other organizations; may help identify, orient, and schedule contract trainers; receives training and participates in needs assessment, course objectives development, and evaluation; drafts and reviews training plans with Center Head prior to implementation; responsible for a broader range of training within the organization.
